Jerry Wu，graduated from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada with a degree in Interior Design and founded Wan Jing Bai Nian Interior Design Company in 2011.He previously worked at HBA for five years, serving in their Atlanta, Los Angeles, Dubai, and Shanghai offices.In 2009, as an HBA partner, he joined the design department of Wanda Hotel Construction Company as General Manager. During his tenure, he established three standardization systems for Wanda Hotel Construction: design effect, cost control, and design cycle control.He ensured that 21 international five-star hotels opened on time between 2009 and 2011 without exceeding their budgets.

He possesses nearly 30 years of extensive experience in hotel design and development, providing clear market positioning and analysis, as well as reasonable return on investment forecasts from the client's perspective, ensuring the sustainable development of hotels after opening.All of Interscape completed hotel projects have repeatedly won international hotel design awards while staying within the owner's budget, truly combining creativity with controllable costs – "achieving the best design with the least amount of money."
